Matthew McLauchaln
General Manager
Growing up just 30km from Cummins, Matthew—like many country kids—headed off to the big smoke after finishing high school in Port Lincoln. His journey eventually led him back home, equipped with valuable experience across a diverse range of agricultural businesses.
Matthew began his career in Crystal Brook with Wardle Co., before moving into a Territory Manager role with Gallagher Australia. He later became a Category Manager at CRT and then Regional Manager for a John Deere franchise.
Today, that breadth of knowledge and hands-on industry experience has guided him into his current role, taking the reins at Carrs’ Seeds.

Naomi
Admin/Accounts/Payroll Officer
Naomi is our Accounts, Administration and Payroll Officer here at Carrs’. With her family farming in South Australia for generations, Naomi grew up on a property near Cummins and has always loved the agricultural lifestyle and the strong sense of community that comes with it.
She especially enjoys the buzz of harvest and the optimism of a new season when the first crops go into the ground. While she hasn't had a lot of hands-on farming experience, Naomi is always eager to learn more about the industry.
With many years’ experience as a receptionist, Naomi brings excellent customer service skills to the team and takes pride in helping customers with their enquiries.
